LABOUR AND MATERIALS ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS.

If a defect occurs due to our workmanship, we will supply labour and materials to correct the condition at no cost. Please note that this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, verbal or implied. Our responsibility is limited only to correcting the defective area.

LIMITATIONS TO WARRANTY:

The Prairie Painter in no event will be held responsible for damages caused by accident or abuse, wear and tear, excessive use, temperature changes, settlement of debris, dirt and mildew accumulation, ice or moisture damage, failure due to rotted wood, structural defects, failure of previous paint coatings, failure of workmanship done prior to our work, damage due to pests and insect infestations. Horizontal walking surfaces of any kind are not covered by this warranty i.e. decks, steps, floors. Cracks and damaged areas will be properly prepared as indicated at the time of the job, but will not be covered under this warranty.

The Prairie Painter is not responsible for any differences in paint colour when performing warranty work.
